The Computers cost £400 where the average wage in about £10 a month, most cubans have access to extra income such as relatives abroad.

Internet access is still however restricted to workplaces, schools and universitys, using expenisve satellite connections which is caused by the US trade embargo not allowing access to the undersea fibre cables.

What would you do with / without the Internet ?
